Despite persistent struggles and private tutoring, the reasons behind his low performance remained elusive. His school, unaware of the deeper issues, inadvertently added pressure instead of investigating the root of his learning setbacks.<\/p>\n

Referred to Supporters’ Support+ Program, Sajed encountered, for the first time, a structured and individualized educational plan delivered through dedicated one-on-one tutoring. However, our team soon recognized that academic support alone was insufficient.<\/p>\n

Through careful monitoring, we identified multi-faceted cognitive challenges and actively involved Sajed’s family. We offered parental coaching and awareness sessions, empowering them to understand his situation and the necessary support strategies. With their trust and collaboration, a significant shift began.<\/p>\n

By Grade 8, a comprehensive screening and diagnosis process unveiled Sajed’s specific learning difficulties. This enabled us to precisely tailor our interventions. A crucial decision, made in partnership with his family, was to transition Sajed to a more supportive school environment \u2013 one that embraced understanding, adaptability, and appropriate accommodations.<\/p>\n

From that point, Sajed’s potential began to flourish.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With Supporters’ continued dedicated follow-up, close coordination with his new school, personalized academic interventions, and aligned learning accommodations, Sajed’s academic performance soared, accompanied by a newfound confidence.<\/p>\n

Based on this understanding, we made a significant shift: we discontinued the extensive 20 hours of weekly private tutoring and introduced a carefully tailored academic plan comprising just 4 hours per week with Supporters’ experienced educators. This wasn’t merely a reduction in time; it was a strategic recalibration towards the right kind of support.<\/p>\n

Working collaboratively with our educational management team and therapists, we established a comprehensive multisectoral support system specifically designed for Wassim. Simultaneously, our outreach team forged a strong partnership with his school, ensuring consistent support across both his home and classroom environments.<\/p>\n

The impact was remarkable. Wassim’s academic performance surged dramatically, leaping from scores around 20% to an impressive average of nearly 70% upon completing Grade 12.
